How should I choose between the resistances?
By draw style and liquid. High resistance (0.8-1.2 Ohm) means tight draws and nicotine salts. Low resistance (0.6 and under) means warm, airy draws, more vapour, and high-VG liquid at lower strengths.
What is realistic pod life?
One to three weeks for most users. Heavily sweetened liquid can halve that; menthols and light fruits stretch it. Replace at the first hint of burnt or muted flavour.
