Why the platform matters more than the device
Every XLIM purchase is really a buy-in to the pod system. Pods carry the coil, set the draw and define the flavour, and they move with you across devices: the V3 pod you run in a Go today drops straight into a Pro 3 next year. The single caveat in the whole ecosystem is the 0.4 Ohm pod's 30W requirement, which rules out only the 25W Classic.

The one-line buying answer?
Pro 3 for most people, Go 2 for budget, 3 Ultra for the touch screen, SQ Pro 2 for battery, Classic for the lowest entry price.
Pod interchangeability, confirmed?
V3, EZ, XL and stainless pods fit across the current family. The 0.4 Ohm resistance requires a 30W device. The XLIM C, not listed here, is the platform outlier with its own coil pods.
Is the XLIM Pro 3 actually better than the Pro 2?
Meaningfully: bigger battery (1500 vs 1300mAh), bigger display, and the Pulse System noticeably steadies flavour delivery. The Pro 2 remains the value pick and shares all pods.
