The 3 Ultra shares its 1500mAh battery and V3 pods with the Pro 3 but doubles down on interface: the 2.2 inch full touch display is the largest OXVA has shipped, and the Super Pulse System is the more aggressive tune of the Pulse concept. An Eco mode pulls the claimed endurance to four days per charge.
If the Pro 3 is the sensible flagship, this is the one you buy because you want the screen. The vapour output story is identical, which is a compliment.
